Dealing with human's bureaucracy & politics.
Client education. As I have to explain how a project becomes complicated and difficult to make so that it requires a large budget. Graphic designers and logos already know how complicated this is. They try to fulfill the desires of clients who at the same time know nothing about the result they want. They just want the best result.
However, the best result to me and to them are highly subjective. I might think that the minimalist one is the best result, while they think the best result is when they see WordArt and blink text everywhere.
My biggest challenge is my bipolar disorder
