Iβve never, ever had to buy an SSL cert separately from a domain name. If your domain name registrar doesnβt give you an SSL cert for free, pick a different registrar.
I disagree that one should expect a registrar to supply a cert. Many hosting options also supply free certs using Let's Encrypt (or other CA options). I have used Google Domains and Namecheap for their clean UX, but neither of them supply certs. Hosting a site on Netlify makes this a non-issue.
In most cases you can use free certificates from Let's Encrypt.

One thing I've always found to be good advice is the layout of your skillset if you're presenting that in some way. There are a few key points:
An approach I've found useful for myself is to present my skills in a table, and mark them with words like "fair" or "good" to explain my level of each of them. Lastly, I set up print stylesheets in the CSS to ensure that the table was presented well and looked good in grey without images.
Very good advices! Thank you very much!
You're welcome π
