Step 1
Create a storage account

Step 2
On your storage account, Go to resource.
Step 3
In the storage account, in the Data management section, select the Redundancy blade.
Step 4
Ensure Read-access Geo-redundant storage is selected.
Step 5
Go to your storage account, in the Settings section, select the Configuration blade.
Step 6
Ensure the Allow blob anonymous access setting is Enabled and save
