As a junior developer in a company with more young senior developers, there is the need to work hard and put more effort daily, you keep setting new standards for yourself, whether consciously or unconsciously these standards automatically define you and your progress at work.
There is a common saying that "programmers have no life",although its just a saying it has taken a lot of "Programmer's lives",we look up to our mentors and want to be like them ,we want to spend over 12 hours at work, sleep less, code more,we want to fall in love with the process. Its safe to say that we are training ourselves to be like them, but then what is your BRAIN CLIMAX.
For some the brain climax is when they get tired and cant work efficiently anymore, unlike the first 30 mins. While some never get to the climax.
For further actions, you may consider blocking this person and/or reporting abuse
