The coolest thing I’ve found this week is IPTV. Literally 8000 public tv channels you can watch through your browser.

I’m working on a security camera solution and found a distributed sql
lite. I love the idea of raft consensus between smart cameras. State syncing, updating, etc. You could make an api call to one camera and update all of them.

Face rec (and other face ml things) in the browser. Yes it’s JS, yes it’s slow, but the cheapest machine to offload work to in the world
