Microsoft has released the new version of .NET Core 3.1 with the resolution of all errors and drawbacks of .Net Core 3.0. Hence, it’s recommended to Download Visual Studio 2019 version 16.4 instead of only .NET core 3.1 to get downloaded both Visual studio and ASP.NET core 3.1 together. It’s available for Windows, Linux, and macOS.

Visual Studio version for Mac also supports along with .NET Core 3.1 for preview channel option of Mac 8.4 OS.
