I found this in an old Countdown timer JS project

So, what actually happen as the timer Ends it shows the expired text and the numbers on the count down goes to -1 -1 -1 -1.

Actually, now I am going to tweak it a bit and want it to show how much time ago the timer was expired.

I want you guys to suggest me some ways to do it.
