Preparing for a tech talk.

Hello guys. I am giving a tech talk about react(the present and the future) on a local meetup this week.
This is my first time so I am a little bit anxious about it.

Any ideas about how to prepare for it and how to make myself confident before the meeting would be great.

Also you can suggest me about the topics i can discuss in the talk.
