Just got my Raspberry Pi Model B+ and then this? I've been using raspberry pi for my side projects since I'm a student and until now I'm still amaze how powerful it is. Still a newbie tho. Share your projects here at Dev.to! :)
Where'd you manage to buy one? I've only seen them being sold for 4kphp+ and that's a pretty steep markup for a $30 item.
I need to get a raspberry PI. Seems like a fun thing to tinker with.
As software developers, we have access to incredibly powerful machines that run in the cloud.
But sometimes itβs better for the machine to run in your living room or office.
And sometimes two less powerful machines are better than one more powerful. Physical hardware is fun, and also teaches us a lot about computers along the way.
I say this as someone who has typically been too lazy to see hardware projects all the way through. But they are still really worthwhile things to have around.
I got the B+ on sale for ~$20 a few months ago.. of course this would happen before I even had the chance to use my it.
Well living in New York youβve probably spent $20 too much for dinner a few times, so you can shake this off. π
The Pi Zero is really cool if you're looking for a REALLY small form factor.
If you like Arduino too I have been excited by Adafruit's feather!
Yeah it's been a while since I checked online. Just found one worth 2k in Lazada lol.
