CHILL must be the winner π
In computing, CHILL is a procedural programming language designed for use in telecommunication switches. The language is still used for legacy systems in some telecommunication companies and for signal box programming.
I always liked Rust, for whatever reason.
I Love Rust too! Favorite systems language for sure. I really hope to see the growth of gaming frameworks like Bevy into full fledged game engine GUI's. Until then, I'll just keep playing with Kotlin in Godot.
I'm not a part of or affiliated with the Rust development team.
Brainfuck,
To protect my prigish sensibilities, I prefer to censor that word to
B****fuck
so as not to offend anyone.πππ
Coffeescript. Because of coffee, of course
Flutter is much better name than Dart imo.

Holy C βπ
FORTRAN , short for Formula Translation
I like lang names C, R etc... As if they didn't even put effort to properly name the language at all.
All the single letters have been taken by single letter programming languages.
beza1e1.tuxen.de/one_letter_progla...
Fortunately, now we have Unicode with a whole new selection of single letter programming languages that will be impossible to Google for on the interwebs.
If I make my own programming language, I'm going to name it after the famous pianist Lang Lang. So the Reddit forum will be langlanglang.
π€ will be how I call my programming language.
I'm bagging π
It seems to me that so far none cited Monicelli, after the director of Amici Miei. You program using the nonsense expressions used in the movie.
The "coolest" coding language name is subjective and can vary from person to person. However, here are a few coding language names that are often considered interesting or unique:
Python: Known for its simplicity and readability, the name "Python" has a cool and intriguing association with the snake species.
Ruby: The name "Ruby" evokes a sense of elegance and beauty, making it an attractive choice for some developers.
JavaScript: With "Java" in its name, JavaScript carries a sense of familiarity and popularity. It is widely used for web development and has a vibrant community.
Go: The name "Go" suggests speed, efficiency, and a straightforward approach to programming, making it appealing to developers.
Rust: "Rust" brings to mind a sense of strength and resilience. The language is known for its memory safety and low-level control.
Remember, the "coolness" of a coding language extends beyond just its name. Factors such as its features, community support, and industry adoption are also essential considerations.
