Also secondary, keep measuring like monthly :)

But had a non technical blog before that.
I would say, start small and don't be afraid to publish, my first articles sucked and I went back to fix them later on.
Congratulations Chris. I too enjoy tech writing. I choose series based on the new things I learn. My articles serve as a reminder to myself on how specific things were accomplished. It has worked great for past 20 years as I have articles everywhere.
For 2023 this is the year I write about cloud certifications, as they may be the most important credential one can obtain.
