You don't need a server to host VS Code, you can use your PC or phone todo so also, check my articles

Maybe not related to this post. Why does daily have to be run as an extension, not via a web address? I have other important extensions that I cannot give up to use Daily.

Hi! We provide an opinionated solution for developers so they can consume content with zero-effort.
We know that a browser extension is not the perfect solution for everyone but it did help a lot of other developers read more news and stay up-to-date. We might consider in the far future developing a web version as well but it's currently not in the roadmap.

Thank you for your response. Daily seems pretty useful source for aggregated tech news. I hope there will be a web version in the future. I have it in Firefox as an alternative to Chrome.
