How to cultivate goods connections

Birds of a feather flock together.

In nature, animals are mostly found in herds/groups.
Wolves in Packs, fish in shoals, cows at cattle ...
And Developers at Communities .
Actually, create groups to show your importance for then or to help you to get better positions are the natural way of human.

The benefits of being part of a community or group of developers cannot be ignored. By collaborating with others in your field, you can gain valuable insights and knowledge that you may not have been able to obtain on your own.

What is your position at the murmuration ?

Image description

In a flock of birds during flight ( murmuration ), each bird has a distinct position. The lead bird at the head of the V formation takes on the brunt of the wind resistance, creating a slipstream for the others to follow and fly more efficiently.

Similarly, in every community, there is usually a key individual ( or organization/product ) that plays a crucial role in "breaking the wind" and paving the way for other members to succeed. This may be in the form of providing resources, guidance, or support to help others achieve their goals. Just as the lead bird in a flock sets the pace and direction for the rest of the group, these community leaders can inspire and empower their fellow members to reach their full potential.

🦅 Your journey can be significantly eased by having a supportive group accompanying you. 🦅

In addition, developer communities can also provide opportunities for mentorship and career development. More experienced developers can provide guidance and advice to those who are just starting out in the field, helping them to grow and advance in their careers.

Assisting others

If you have a hard issue that GPT is not helping you for some reason and you just got stuck, you can ask in those communities for the solution, or search if someone already had the same issue that you, and find the possibilities.

One effective approach to learning is to teach or explain concepts that you already know, or think you know.

Assisting others can be a form of self-care that may have more benefits than you might realize.
