Seeking a position as a junior-level software developer. I'm most interested in working on reliable, high-performance software that uses "secure-by-design" principles.

I am most experienced with Rust and Node.js. For web frameworks, I favor actix-web and Nest.js. I am comfortable working with React, SCSS and TypeScript. I am willing to learn anything I need to.

Current topics include system design and architecture, distributed computing, and concurrent programming. I'm focused on strengthening my foundational knowledge of computer science and engineering.

I am currently working on Conduit, an in-memory database backed by a simple key-value store. Conduit uses custom communication protocols that I designed and am currently implementing this feature.

I am open to all types of collaborations and discussions. I would love to hear from you if my current skill set or my potential appeals to you. Free and open source software are very important to me.
