MOD-CSS is a utility-first CSS framework for front-end development. It's build only with javascript and supports breakpoints, flexgrid, states, CSS properties and arbitrary values.

It is extremely light (10kb) which is good for page loading

It can therefore be used to :

Quickly build a site (or prototype it).
For their flexgrid which is very successful.
Quickly call CSS properties.
Or simply to create and customize components (like Bootstrap components).
