Devart, a Czech software vendor of database tools and data connectivity solutions for developers and DBAs, released the new, significantly updated, version of dbForge Studio for PostgreSQL v.2.2. The solution is powered by SQL Code Formatter, ‘Generate Script AS’ feature, and other eagerly awaited improvements.
The SQL Code Formatter will widen the range of formatting options for beautifying or customizing legacy SQL statements. While ‘Generate Script AS’ feature will allow generating a script for the CREATE statements for specific database objects (views, materialized views, triggers, functions, procedures). These and other updated features, such as the improved performance of script execution, for example, are aimed to help development teams achieve next-level productivity.
