I would love to see what other developers listen while they code. I may steal a few names and add them to my playlist😝. 🎶🎵🎧.

Well I want to get attention, but maybe when you contribute with a post on dev.to I can learn from you and learn from my mistakes. :)
That's an awesome outlook to have. 🙂
This is a super fun topic by the way.
Thank you sir! That's the point of this post, to get the community engaged with a fun topic! by the way...I saw you have cats #catloveroverhere lol
Illenium - Leaving. For when you are tired but its just a few hours away from leaving work😄
hahah that's a good sign
I love illenium songs too. Songs from his new album ascend and some old songs are ❤️
That's so cool😁. That song "leaving" has Eden singing, another artist I love to hear while coding.
Any song from a Catalan band called "Oques Grasses"
Tool - Lateralus
Here's my "devTech" playlist on spotify:
open.spotify.com/playlist/35CW5Ze0...
I never listen to songs that I know (it just makes me focus on lyrics) so I always go to random playlist and play random songs 🌻
haaaaa! that's a good point lol! When i listen latin music I get up and dance lol keeping my code clean but my dance moves dirty hahahahahhaha
haha I will listen to latin songs today 😂
Some playlist of this post:
*Lateralus by Tool ;-)
All Due Respect by Run The Jewels
Its the end of the world as we know it (and I feel fine) by R.E.M.
Boot by the algorithm
Really nice!
Right now, 'Mindtraveller' by Falconer. The lyrics fit perfectly with the mentality of diving deep into code hunting down bugs, and I find the beat to be just about the right pace to help keep me focused.
Generically though, lots of European power metal, symphonic metal, and folk metal with a dash of chiptune and techno.
Feng Suave - Noche Escura
I'm everywhere, but I really like downtempo lo-fi - more atmosphere than music, I guess.
I'll kickoff an all-day auto-playlist from DJ Shadow, Ryan Celcius, or Cut Chemist and be good.

Yo Pumpkin Head from the Cowboy Bebop OST is my "I'm going to deploy this real quick before the customers notice" song.
Btw, the whole original sound tracks of Oceans 11, 12, 13 and 8 are also very well suited for coding.
