Good luck folks, Neon is awesome.
Fair enough, I understand where you're coming from! But I think that most of your questions are covered in the rules page here:
Personally, I've participated in multiple DEV hackathons and have had nothing but positive experiences, with fair judging from the DEV team (❤️). I've participated in other hackathons not organized by DEV. Some I won and some I didn't. But in general, these events can be a great way to learn, challenge yourself, and even meet like-minded developers. But if a contest doesn't feel right for you, it's okay to skip it and focus on opportunities that better match your goals 😊
In my personal view here, it's important to choose competitions and events that align with your interests and where you feel the effort is worth it. However, no one is forcing anyone to participate—it's completely your choice :)
On the starter kit question, in this particular case, the prompt should be self-explenatory, in general, a SaaS starter kit is a ready-made package that includes basic tools and code to help developers quickly create and launch an online software service. Out of the box, it comes with features like user accounts, dashboards, and security, subscriptions, so developers can spend less time on the basics and more time on customizing and improving their software.
Love the prompt for this one! Good luck to everyone participating!
Good luck everyone!
starter kit, no thanks i will try to find another challenge on the internet to build real stuff
This is a great challenge, nice prompt! I use Neon for most of my side projects so this will be a fun one! Good luck DEV's & happy coding.
Looks great
Good to see such rewarding challenges. All the best to participants
If only this could be extended for just one more day. I'm really down right now and would love to submit what I'm building 😢. It's been a series of setbacks—GitHub blocked my account, and I found out about the challenge several days after it was announced. Now my project isn't ready, and it feels like all the effort might go to waste.
Wish you success to you all participants.
