I launched my new portfolio website yesterday andrewbaisden.com/ 🥳
I love the colors and the minimalist of the design ♥
Thanks I really like these brand colors too!
Very professional and inviting, Andrew. Cheers! Todd
This is awesome i like the look of it. Maybe you can check out mine too? And let me know what you think. Davidesquerra.com
Thanks! So I just took a look at your website its good although there are some areas that you could make better.
Quite a long list but those are the major issues I saw. Other than thats its not too bad 😁
Do you know what size of screen you used to view the skills section is? That would really help alot. And thanks for your feedback! 🙂
MacBook Pro M1 1680 x 1050. It's like that on all screen sizes. Look at the Linux and json logo. The Linux logo is stretched there is not enough width and the json logo should be a circle but it's an oval shape. The same applies to a few others like the React logo which is not in this image. I think the images need some resizing so add more width.
That dark mode toggle is just insane. Great job man!
Agreed
Looks great, I love the dark mode too!
Recovered from covid and started working out again 🎉
Oh, same for me, although the recovery is still ongoing. Great job on starting to work out!
All the best with your recovery. It does take time
Hell yeah!
Congratulations on your recovery
Thank you!

Congrats!
Thanks 🙏🏻
I began my journey in mobile app development and created my first ever React Native component 😁. Always exciting to learn new things and seem them work.
I got a badge for being the top CSS author this week 😁
Yeah, for me, I fixed a tricky bug regarding DOM manipulation on div resize, was happening, but was causing both performance as well as re-render issues in React, tried everything, however useEffect saved me. Sometimes, u know but still u ignore and continue try improper methods, I think in such situation, we really need to calm down and keep things simple...
I meditated at least an hour everyday (that makes 3 weeks in a row!)
Also I finally made that NFT for my gf on valentines (not just a pic haha, I plan to have it token-gate a community, but that's next weeks challenge!)
Finally fixed a bug I've been working on for three days and I feel like a god😎😂
Nailed the interview.
I've been working on redesigning my portfolio and blog site, stefan-wright.com, I'm using React with Typescript, and the Styled-components library. Design is not a strong point of mine, I'll probably soon design I don't like it. I also really need to try and make sure that what I do is reusable, I often find myself rewriting from the ground up!
I was really hyped for writing a comment here but everyone commented here have a GOD LIKE post. All I did was recovered from COVID. Started learning React. Made a portfolio Website. Finished Demon Slayer : Entertainment district arc😁😁😁. But I feel great from recovering.

Two weeks late but after much contemplation I decided to become an independent engineer and left my job at Pulumi after 3.5 years there. Are you looking for a Pulumi expert/cloud engineer? I am available for hire! :D
Had built my first SolidJS app. It surprised me how nice and concise this approach is.
Better than react?
I’d say cleverer and more reactive (funny ha?)
Lol
Completing assignments and projects on intermediate CSS. I’m starting to see and understand the HTML layout and CSS interaction before coding as well understanding my mistakes and debugging. I even fixed a tribute page that passed but didn’t look good enough on mobile. It’s cool to start seeing the matrix, even if it’s just a little bit. Next will be JavaScript.
Passed the Rails LinkedIn assessment
Took part of the Materialize + dbt + Redpanda Virtual Hack Day 2022 🙌
Finally wrote a blogpost after 2 months of hiatus 😁
