HacktoberFest 2019

Hey Everyone,
As we all know HacktoberFest 2019 is starting in 6 days.
So, for new open source developers i've created a repository having easy and beginner friendly issues, so that every new comer can contribute and earn the T-shirt from DigitalOcean...isn't that great!! :)

Something that's clearly an attempt to simply +1 your PR count for October

Will this be able to meet the Quality Standards?

First of all, this will not help me in anything because that's my repository and i'm not the one who is creating the PR.

Second of all, i don't know about you but to me hacktoberfest is about spreading awareness about open source and my repository contains issues that any beginner can come contribute so that they get an idea of an git (how to use it and be in an open source community).

I didn't say you are doing this for personal benefit.

My question was pretty straight forward.

Q. Are all the PRs on your GitHub repo going to pass the Quality Standards?

Because Hacktoberfest clearly mention it in their details page.

Quality standards
In line with Hacktoberfest value #2 (Quantity is fun, quality is key), here are examples of the PRs that we consider to be low-quality contributions (which we discourage).

Apart from that question, I wish you all the best. And hope all the people sending PRs on your repository get a t-shirt.
