Personally, i'm using Visual Studio Code with some extensions like Auto Rename Tag, Beautify, Better Comments, Color Picker, Image Preview, Live Server and Tailwind CSS Intellisense.
VSCode is fast, powerful and efficient.
I love it !

I worked with JetBrains Webstorm since i started programming. And it is a pretty smart ide, with everything you need out of the box. Then I've switched to VSC, and it was brutal. It needs a lot of configuration to be close to Webstorm in terms of functionality. And it lacks some useful tools like JSP formatting for example. Unforutnetely I will back to jetbrains, because of lack of the things I've mentioned above

For me the best is Visual Studio Code, because it's free, fast, you can install many plugins to help you to code and customize all you want, and it's not heavy like webstom ;)

Well, i never tried to add audio to a project but with images it's ok, just drag an drop the image in your /img or /assets folder and link it in your code

I am used to use visual studio and I think it is the best choise. It has lot of features and great plugins that make it kind of lightweight IDE more than just text editor. It has lot to learn but it will be worth it. Of course there are lot of other great choises like Atom, and I think Vim is the absolute best but it is very difficult for beginner, so I suggest going with Vscode and learn it and customize comfortable for yourself.

I'm a big Fan of WebStorm, but unfortunately the licence does not cost little money. But I like the whole package very much

I would use WebStorm if it wasn't so expensive to license.

Getting used to VSCode is probably a good idea. It's what you will encounter most in your professional career.
