Scenario

I have an entity called Flower and I'm displaying a view for it in a Model driven app. By default, the quick search on the top right side only side on the Name column

Solution

Under the modern view (you can use classic but I found it didn't completely work properly (name wasn't being displayed as an option)), go to the entity -> view and find the Quick Find View

Under Find By, add the columns you want to be searchable

Save and publish

Result
