Sunday : Pretty productive day. Paid my bills for the month. Worked on the layout for my current side project so it works on different screen sizes. Updated a library that I was using for authentication to see if it would work with the latest version of a database. It did. Awesome! While I was working on the side project, I had "X-Men" animated series on in the background.
Professional : Today was a wild day. I think I mentioned that I'm trying to buy a piece of property. I called a real estate attorney in the town so I could get some next steps. Went back with the info to the Real Estate agent for the land I'm looking at. She comes back saying how someone else made an offer on the property, but it was the same I offered initially. I told her that I was first and was offering the same thing that the other person raised their bid to. She sent me an agreement to sign. I looked over it. Everything thing seemed okay. Signed it and sent it back. She then hit me up saying the seller countered looking for more $. I met them in the middle from my offer and their offer and they accepted. All this happening while I'm trying to get work done. haha My brain was tired at the end of the day. Still got a bunch of stuff done.
Personal : The side project is coming together quite nicely. Got the opportunity to try out some new things that I'll be able to implement in other upcoming projects. Also, rewatching these old "X-Men" cartoons brings back a bunch of memories. Binge watching them to prepare for the new episodes that are coming out now.
Got a couple of things I want to finish up with work since I kept getting interrupted (for a good reason, but still interruptions). Mostly documentation, I got the majority of the code stuff done. Maybe I'll get up early in the morning to do it. We'll see. I want to have some stuff to show my manager for our meeting tomorrow. There's also a feature I want to add. Going to start with laying out the information for my side project now that I have the overall layout of the site how I want. Then I want to work on adding authentication and database stuff.
