Fast, simple and has the biggest ecosystem by far. For a generic web project: ORM: mongoose Backend/Microservices/Microplatform; moleculer and moleculer-web Frontend: React and Semantic UI I've scaled that stack to 1500 API requests per second with 3 nodes and Kubernetes. The only thing I could think of that might be even more scalable is go-micro, but there you'll need way more boilerplate.
