Every day, before getting into work, I always take 5-10 minutes to plan my day. That involves listing all the tasks that I want to get done in:

That's definitely what a true lover of eOS would say! And I must say if any person get used to eOS than it's very hard to move to other distro but I did that and I'm using KDE Neon since a year and it's definitely a better step in case of battery and RAM usage...I highly recommend KDE Neon! And yes Toggl is also best for planning your work, it gives a weekly stats on your mail too so I guess you should give it a try!
Thanks for sharing Shivani!
Yes, unfortunately, eOS its based on Ubuntu and they also prefer a more 'stable' distro approach, but sometimes that means not receiving some GNOME3 updates related to performance and stuff ... They are still using the X11 window manager and from the last time I checked it was causing some memory leaks with GNOME :(
I will definitely try KDE Neon ... I hear a lot of people saying how KDE has evolved and I am curious to give it a try! Don't know If I will be able to live without my native desktop planner app tho ๐๏ธ
I know, I understand that eOS really holds it's user very tightly and it's so user friendly no one wants to switch to other distro but ya, we only finds the best after experiments ๐.
I use Notion to track all my tasks..
Hey Amlan! Thanks for sharing!
Oh, I thought Notion was more 'documentation oriented' ... Do they have a new feature for tracking tasks?
I would love to try it out :)
Yep you can create and track your tasks by using one of the pre defined templates or create your own.
Am a big fan of Microsoft ToDo.
Hey Visakh! Thanks for sharing!
Are you on Windows? I bet Microsoft ToDo must have a desktop app right?
Thank you for sharing. For me, I work on Fedora, with Trello to manage tasks and regular notes. I also use Google Keep as knowledge base and StackEdit for longer contents.
Thanks for sharing Dong!
I have used Trello a lot but I must say that I now prefer eOS + Planner because of its simplicity :)
But Trello is definitely a great great tool!
I would recommend to take a look at trello, I loved it so much
Thanks Mohaned! Trello is definitely a great tool ... Wish they had a Desktop App/PWA...
