Any Open Source Solution for Container as a Service ( CaaS) ?

Hi, I have a question.
Is there any open source software which provides Containers as a service CaaS.

For more details, Actually I am looking for a solution, in which a customer comes to my webpage, selects an app (e.g. Django, flask ). And it is deployed as a container and then user can access it.
Exactly like DigitalOcean. But in containers instead of virtual machine.
