How do you show email templates in your portfolio?

Hi all,

I just landed my first interview for a junior frontend developer role! The only issue is that the position requires developing some email templates as part of its responsibilities. I've never done any work in this area besides some really simple MailChimp and Marketo newsletters.

How can I get some practice in this area and put something together to add to my portfolio? What are some industry standards or best practices that I should be aware of?

I only have a few days to put something together before my interview so I'd appreciate any help or advice I can get.
