Sr. Software Engineer at CallRail building microservices to support 3rd party integrations. PhD student at the University of Nebraska studying bioinformatics, machine learning, and algorithms.
I learned a little bit of Java for algorithm only.
So I don't know OOP and stuffs. But the problem solving skills for algorithm really helps me after transitioning into tech.
I rediscovered my passion in tech in my last year at Uni.
I bought some courses from Udemy and I fell in love with it, even inside a class I will still code. I love the idea of how I can create something from nothing using tech.
I guess that is the reason why I turn into a Software Engineer.

Congrats!
Are there any skills you learned in IE that are translating into development?
