as it turns out my browser or dev.to does not recognize many of the words that are newer, but neuroplasticity is an OLD concept with the idea going back to William James and neurological definition appearing in 1945 by Justo Gonzalez, the field got much more interesting after Marian Diamond published her work in the early 60s.
Andrew Huberman, PhD is doing a lot of work in his lab as well as in the field of science popularisation.
