Those are explanations but they are not good reasons.
They are no good reasons for recruiters to ghost candidates.
Granted it's hard not to, just like it's hard for us to write intuitive bug-free app
But it's also their damn job to not ghost candidates.
So the real answer is more and better training from their side.
