C# number guessing game.

Let's create a number guessing game.

    • int attempts = 0; initializes the attempts counter.
  2. Welcome Messages:

    • Console.WriteLine("I have chosen a number between 1 and 100. Try to guess it!"); prints instructions for the game.
  3. Guessing Loop:

    • The while loop continues until the user guesses the correct number (guess != targetNumber).

  4. Input Validation and Feedback:
