My budget LCD monitor on top a biscuit tin. ( ̄▽ ̄) The picture quality is only average and its inferiority becomes obvious compared to the MacBook's Retina Display below. But it has been helping me get things done for 2+ years and I would rather have this external display than none.
I never regretted buying expensive monitor to protect my eyes.
Back in the CRT days, 60Hz was making your eyes sore and making them bad, as far as i knew. So i bought monitor that could go 120Hz (and it was better for gaming!). And it stayed that way - good monitor makes your life better, especially if you work as dev/spend a lot of time in front of the computer.
My Logitech G502. I simply love that mouse. I bought it like 6 years ago in Japan for less than half the price it costs at home. After I realized how good it is and how great deal I made, actually on my next trip I bought a 2nd one just in case, for backup ^^
But the old one still does its job, and I still love it.
My first lcd screen when i was making my first thesis, in that moment i moved from a ctr and was an absolute game changer.
A year or two later i bought a ssd and from that moment i always enforce the importance of a fast storage for coding, it makes the difference.

My Macbook pro 2019.

Mechanical keyboard. You lose some mobility with your laptop, but gain a lot of comfort typing.
Does a Nintendo 64 count?
SSD
The USB charger cable for my cell phone, which I had to panic buy after losing my previous one....with a phone with only 10% battery...
