Use clean architecture like CQRS - get familiar with core and domain layer design approach, unit testing - you can use any unit testing libraries nUNit, Xunit etc(getting familiar with unit testing). Always brush up you knowledge in design patterns. Pick a really hard business problem and try to solve the core part of it. You can spend some time learning about CI/CD using azure pipelines or jenkins. communicate really well. I'm a jr engineer. Keep coding
