I'm pretty new to coding, and I was looking to learn a new language / framework. I already know HTML5, CSS3, Javascript and Jquery. Any suggestions for a new language or framework that a begginer like me could wrap their head around?

You could look into TypeScript as a good follow-up language to learn: it's like JavaScript but with strong typing.
It sounds like you have a good foundation on frontend web development: have you considered trying something like Rails or NestJs to learn some backend service development?
Have you considered trying your hand at native app development? There’s a lot of different options out there for building cross-platform native apps, like React Native and NativeScript, and there are lots of languages and frameworks like XCode and .NET for building desktop apps.
Nice typo: what are you begging for? :-)
It is good to learn ReactJs :). So give it a try....
