I have discovered that several web apps have been implemented which use the OpenAIs GPT-2 model to auto generate text. I call it βfake contentsβ generations. Today I choose to show the outcome from two of the web apps I have discovered. Below you can see each outcome, prefixed with a link to the generator and a short description.
You need to enter some text first to get the fake contents generation started. I started the generation on both cases with these lines:
Today it is November 9th, just one out of 365 days in the current year > of 2019. But they are just numbers we human defines to get a hold of
time! But some people even reject the existence of time at all!β
The rest of the contents have been generated by a machine learning model shared by OpenAI. They call it GPT-2, and as OpenAI first shared it, they only shared a scaled down (a not so clever version) being afraid of the negative impact the full version could have on contents on the net: It is possible to automate generation of fake content very easily, contents which might be used in a bad way.
Letβs see what impact such contents, which can be relative difficult to distinguish from real human generated contents, will gain on the world.

This was the first content generator I ran into. It opened my eyes to this new world of ML generated text contents. It has a simple UI where you simply enter some text at presses a button to make the GPT-2 ML code spin up a continuation of your text.
Today it is November 9th, just one out of 365 days in the current year of 2019. But they are just numbers we human defines to get a hold of time! But some people even reject the existence of time at all! How can you know what time it is when there is no time you can relate to? How can you know what time you are living when you never lived in the past? It is a mystery of all mankind, and no one knows how to answer it. So let's ask the question once again. What do we know about time that will allow us to tell us the difference between our own life and the past? How will we know when we are in a dream? When we are in a daydream? When we are in the present?
When we are born we have only one lifetime. Everything else is only a dream, and all the dreams will disappear when we sleep. The only one in this whole universe who can tell us what will happen to us in the next lifetime is God

This is just one of the generators found on this page: Write with transformers. This version is more interactive. Small chunks of contents is generated as you type the tab key, or press a button. Here on my iPad it is not 100% perfect UX, would have been nice to not have to touch an option to select it.
Today it is November 9th, just one out of 365 days in the current year of 2019. But they are just numbers we human defines to get a hold of time! But some people even reject the existence of time at all! This is because some people believe that time is something created by the human brain or something similar. In this theory, time is an illusion created by the brain itself, a sort of dream we dream to get through life . Some of them even believe that time never really existed , since no matter how many times you repeat the same events you can 't always predict the outcome. It is said that some people are born on some date, then the human brain somehow creates a system to predict the future. This is based on a concept called the " Random Walk Model ".
I am excited to see future versions and uses of ML contents generators like the GPT-2. I expect some impact, and perhaps this is the start of something which will disrupt social human to human interaction. With questions like: why be lonely when an AI based bot can be there for your? Generators like GPT-2 could be a positive support for lonely people, perhaps even therapeutic role to fill. Even as a problem solver or inspirer such AI based contents generators of the future will find a space in our daily lives.
The dark side of cause also will play a role. Nothing has only one side, it simply is not possible. I will not try to spin up dark sides here however.

Is there any possible way we can detect that AI generated text? Is there any accurate tool for that task? Many tool also now offer Humanize texts free which create more problem to detect that text. Need you input in this.
Thanks.
