Hello, My name is Nima Owji. I am a 14 years old full-stack developer. I am a C# programmer. Today, I wanna talk about the differences between .net core and .net framework. Let's talk about it.
What is .net core?
.net core is an open-source platform by Microsoft. .net core is cross-platform which means you can run your application or website on Windows, Linus, and macOS. That's free and you can download it from Microsoft official website.
The latest version of .net core is 3.1.
When can we use the .net core?
When we want to create a console application or a website that supports Linux, macOS, and other operating systems.
Don't forget WinForms is not supported in .net core.
Do we have asp .net webforms in .net core?
No, ASP .NET WebForms is not supported too.
What are the requirements for using .NET Core?
1- You need to download the latest version of .net core and install it on your computer.
2- You also need a code editor like vs code or Visual Studio.
I hope you enjoyed this. Thank you. If you had a question or ..., you can ask me on Twitter. Please like this article and follow me on Twitter too! Thanks
