Interesting article, thank you/ I can say that I'm pretty organized, but sometimes I can forget to do something during the working time and have to do it later. So not a long time ago, I decided to find something that will help me track all the tasks I have and found this project management software, my helper. I like that there I can put all the info about the project, and it will be visible to my colleagues if I work with them, and it optimizes the working time a lot.

Personally, I think setting priorities help you stay organized and on track with what to do.
I use Quire to set tasks and subtasks, then prioritise them using different colors. I also use Timetree to set data (color-coded) in my calendar.
