Still working on virtual BigSur Set Up

At this point it's become a mission to just figure it out, Parallels 15 for Mac + BigSur beta.

I am determined to figure it out from the small amounts of data online and my many many many attempts to install it :)

If I succeed I will for sure share all the steps for others who are interested.
