Hi! Long time lurker but this is my first post. I was wondering if remote jobs offer good growth and learning opportunities for new developers who have just entered the market. Can mentoring happen in those situations?

I have started out with remote job as my first job. I was incredibily lucky. I worked in that company with 2 other people. I did not learn much from my co-workers. Even in my next company I worked fairly alone. But I had desire to do better and I grew on my own. Ofcourse I have read gone through a lot of blogs and conference videos to improve myself. So yeah remote junior developer job gave me opportunity to learn and grow.
You can do it as well. All the best!
Thank you! I did an internship somewhere and it definitely wasn't a place id like to grow in. Now I'm looking for a new position but i was wondering if being remote would remove learning opportunities for me!
