What I built

I built a website specifically designed for beginners who are eager to learn about various topics on the Internet. The website provides an extensive collection of resources to help users learn about anything they want.

At present, the website includes over 1200 development resources and 800 marketing resources. We are currently working on developing roadmaps that will be launched later this month.

We will also be adding more resources related to AI development, as well as non-tech topics.

To create this website, I used create-t3-app, and the data for the website is powered by Airtable.

Why wacky wildcard?

Firstly, the website is specifically for beginners who are eager to learn about various topics on the Internet. This makes it stand out as most learning resources are not catered towards beginners.

Secondly, the website provides an extensive collection of resources on both technical and non-technical topics, making it a one-stop-shop for beginners looking to learn.

Thirdly, the project plans to add more resources and new roadmaps related to latest emerging techs.

All these factors make the project unique and innovative in the world of learning resources.

Background

While there are many resource websites available on the internet, our platform is different. We're not simply showcasing tools or resources; we're creating a platform for learners. Our goal is to provide a free, comprehensive learning site where anyone can come and learn new skills.

Our platform is designed to help new learners easily identify the skills they want to gain and then follow a roadmap that guides them towards achieving their goals. We understand that navigating the vast amount of information available online can be overwhelming, so this website is an one stop solution for you.

Our website is not just another resource site, but rather a learning site that is completely free for anyone to use.

We believe that everyone should have access to education and the opportunity to learn new skills, regardless of their financial situation.

We're committed to providing a platform that makes learning accessible and enjoyable for all.

We hope that our platform will inspire a new generation of learners and help them unlock their full potential.

Data(resources) is powered through Airtable.

Hosting on Linode was smooth and fast. Though there were small problems when connecting domain, but got resolved from their amazing YouTube channel.

This project is supporting a charity - Help Underprivileged Children Achieve Their Dreams. If we win this hackathon, 50% of the amount will go for the charity donations.
