In this second episode I will go through what I learned and experienced in my second week.
DevOps process
This last week we learnt more about software development operations.
Being software developer always requires efficiency and effective team collaboration and also being responsible.
To achieve that we learnt best use of different IT tools and operations like git, GitLab, etc.
These tool doesn`t only ease collaboration but also automate the whole software development process.
Tips: DevOps is a set of practices that combines software development and IT operations. It aims to shorten the systems development life cycle and provide continuous delivery with high software quality.
Communication
The best thing about taskforce is that we don't only focus on technical skills but also soft one.
This last week we dived deep into communication and I can't Imagine how much information one can give up without saying a single word !
Communication itself is a broad topic that can't be discussed within a week , therefore we managed to learn a lot including IMessage ,structure of effective communication, principle of effective communication etc.
The Outstanding session
I always enjoy learning from elders , this week was blessing to us as we had great communication session with Mr Hans.
We're glad that he shared a lot of his expertise in management and communication.
