What I Learned From Hacktoberfest
It was very nice as always pushing and pulling, cloning different repos and so on. I started using git and github during this pandemic period and I found very much difficult to use the command line to work with git. But I practised working with it everyday by just pushing some files, can be some codes, can be some other files and anything onto github using command line. I was getting wrong as I always forget to give commit -m
command every time and I have to write the steps on a book and look at it every time. But it really helped me a lot and finally I find easy in using it thought command line.
This was my first time participating in the Hacktoberfest and for all the beginners to open source, my friend created a repo and gathered every one who are very much eager to know what is open source and how we can contribute into it and all others. This was it. I also decided to participate and we added so many algorithmic interview questions with inputs, code and questions as 3 different files from 3 different branches. Many participated in contributing and I even continued contributing even after completing the 4 PRs required but I think just don't do this for just a Tshirt. So I added 2 more questions and it was really wonderful experience. Thank you @DigitalOcean.
