For me - I'd like tech (more specifically tech education) to be more accessible and given equal importance as math/science in our education and social systems.

This question is easy. I would fix the broken Interview process so that all of those skilled developers out there who are unemployed. Don't have to go through the stress and hardships of interviewing for months or years to get a job that they are more than qualified to do.
More humility. There is a massive ego problem in our industry, and people are afraid of being wrong to the point that itβs stifling discussions.
I'd like to see a bit more confidence from our newer Devs too.
The poles are too far apart. We have two many large egos AND too many perfectly qualified developers lacking the confidence to succeed.
I find that thereβs often a link between ego and low confidence. You get these fresh grads that have been told all their life how intelligent they are, and the thought of being told that they are wrong absolutely terrifies them.
Easy. Get rid of the white supremacy and gatekeeping :)
