❌ Limited set of iconic symbols
❌ Not working properly on older OS (ex.: Windows7, etc.)
Would use emojis if there would be social media logos included, while FontAwesome is good for user experience in tech and business web design.
Of course, it's possible to use custom images (or svg) for that, though this would be a boring routine.
Latest Google Fonts update offers great variery of special symbols to use as a font or svgs. Nice option either.
