MySQL Workbench is very useful when managing both MySQL and MariaDB databases, but it's possible to encounter the following error.
Unknown table 'COLUMN_STATISTICS' in information_schema (1109)
To fix this error we must modify the MySQL Workbench file wb_admin_export.py.
We are looking for the line containing skip_column_statistics = True as we should comment out the subsequent condition.
Once you restart the program and it should work correctly.
