Here are my tips:

Focus on quality rather than quantity
Take your time when writing a post, don't rush
Create a nice thumbnail, I recommend using canva.com

Agreed with others on taking your time / focusing on quality
Don't be afraid to ask questions
Do research on what others have written on the topic, link to other sources or opinions
Share your posts on social media etc. (use tag #DEVCommunity)
Engage with other people's posts, add to the conversation instead of trolling 😄
