NEXTDNS, Do not Recomend

I do not recommend NextDNS any longer. I know my previous article did, but at the time of this writing I have found them to be adversarial in the quest for a better internet. They can just block you at will. If they decide they don't want you going to a site, they just block it. They are working together with other organizations and they also complete these attacks which is the main reason you are supposed to use them. It's become asinine.
