How to install Node Lts version on your ubuntu

To download and install LTS version of Node.js on Ubuntu 18, 20, 24 or any versions above, follow these steps:

Update Package index:
sudo apt update
Install Node.js LTS version using curl:
curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_lts.x | sudo -E bash -
Install Node.js:
sudo apt-get install -y nodejs
Verify the installation by checking the Node.js version:
node -v
