In fairness, what the user is doing here is correct. "Hold your finger" does not accurately describe what that app actually wants you to do AT ALL. This is more an example of poor app design than dumb user behaviour.
i agree with you i mean if the app wanted the user to scan there finger then she must also say that clearly
