How to be invested as BlockChain Developer?

All companies are built by investment.
Now day, Blockchain is widely used in every life field.
For example, Gaming, Transfering Money and etc.
All Blockchain that is used in these field are build by investment.

Following is my opnion:
First of all, find the vulnerability of other blockchains.
Secondly, fix the those.
Thirdly, find the good idea to satisfies people's hobby.
Fourthly, implement these good idea.
Fifthly, make your developing team with varying field members.
Sixthly, make company profile and find investors from investing site.

Above is the my opnion about being invested as Blockchain developer.
Being invested as blockchain developer is very difficult, but if you try to find good idea and vulnerability, it is not so difficult. Team membership is very important to be invested.
